Prime Minister Miloš Vučević met today at the Serbian government building with 30 participants from the 14th class of the Advanced Security and Defence Studies (ASDS), including nationals of Bosnia and Herzegovina, the United Arab Emirates and Namibia.

Vučević expressed his satisfaction at having the opportunity to host, converse with and exchange views with the participants of the 14th generation of these studies at the Vojvoda Radomir Putnik National Defence School.

The Prime Minister stated that he is honoured by the fact that the governments of foreign countries regard the Advanced Security and Defence Studies in Serbia as a prestigious programme for professional development in the field of strategic decision-making and other matters related to security and defence.

The ASDS programme lasts 21 weeks. So far, 13 generations have completed the programme, with a total of 196 participants.

The aim of the Advanced Security and Defence Studies, established in 2012, is to educate and prepare participants from Serbia and partner countries to take on senior positions within the national security system.
